Mom/Sisters Weekend - April 2011

This is a bit of a 'memory photo' since we have had several 'steps' pictures taken of our family at Dad and Mom's home in Wildomar. Carol made us all these amazing t-shirts ... that say "Forever Sisters". (Mom's says: Voted no. 1 Mom) We decided to wear them when we went out on the town Sat. afternoon ... for Girls Night Out! Here we are on Diane's steps.


This has also become a bit of a tradition ... going to In n Out for dinner whenever we are together. We actually caused many to stare ... and ask questions about what we were doing. (One group said ... weren't you just at Costco? And yes, it was us!) One young man here loved our shirts so much he had his picture taken with us and was sending it to his mom!! How fun it was ... love being a Moore Girl ... and an Eternal Sister!

Sunday morning we woke up to 8" of snow ... yes ... last night we were out running around in our short sleeved blue shirts ... so between conference sessions we just HAD to build snowmen (we did it in our backyard so our neighbors couldn't laugh at these crazy women!)

It was a fun weekend. A bit of exhaustion, for sure. For some reason we don't sleep well when we are together, but we had a good time. They left at 6 a.m. Monday morning and caravan-ed to Las Vegas, had lunch at Mike and Jodi's bakery, and then Carol went to AZ and the others to CA.

I took this picture today ... Thursday ... and that is all that is left from the 2 snowmen. That is what is called ... spring in Utah!! (If the sun had been out like normal they would of melted even sooner ... gotta love spring!)
