We started our morning by first going to a little farm here in Springville where we saw ducks, geese, pigs, a deer, llamas, black swans, a bull, a donkey, a few rats and chickens and a rooster! After that we drove up Provo Canyon and went on the trail up to Bridal Veil Falls.
Along the path we were following the Provo River and at one point we can cross it so we got a picture from the bridge to show the power of that beatiful river!
Here is Bridal Veil Falls ... still running very strong the end of August. Seth enjoyed putting his feet in the cold water! We sat at the base and I told him how his Grandpa and I went on the tram that used to run up to the top when we were dating. He was very interested because all you can see of it is some of the ruins and a little bit of the fence up on the rocks at the top where the restaurant once was. The restaurant burned in a forest fire and the tram was destroyed by a snow slide. We rode it in the fall of 1968.
Seth and I (Grandma) had a fun day. He is a very 'inquisitive' young man ... one who asks more questions than any one can possibly answer!! After we came down the canyon we went to McDonald's where he had Chicken Nuggets ... then we stopped by Grandpa's work ... and then took him home. Thanks Seth for spending time with us!! We love you!!

He really has been asking all summer, when he could have a sleep over at Grandma's house.
Thanks for having him! He had such a GREAT time! He's still talking about the tram.
He is such a cutie. It was fun to have him here for a little while. :)
